Scattered lake-effect with quiet weather ahead
Summary
Currently, lake-effect snow is affecting the northern Mid-Atlantic and will continue to do so during the day Thursday. Snow showers will affect the western Mid-Atlantic as well with light snow accumulations continuing through Sunday. Otherwise, the rest of the Mid-Atlantic will see seasonable and dry weather that will continue next week.
