Drier weather ahead
Summary
Cold air has plunged into the region Tuesday morning but a rebound of temperatures will occur throughout the day and remainder of the week. Scattered lake-effect snow showers will continue this morning and are possible on Wednesday and Thursday in the northern Mid-Atlantic with minimal to light snow accumulations. Other areas look to be dry for the foreseeable future.
