Summary
Our second of three storms enter the region Tuesday evening and colder air will keep precipitation mostly snow along the New York-Pennsylvania border. Snow accumulations of 1-6 inches are expected with minimal to light mixed precipitation and scattered rain further south. The next weaker storm enters Thursday with mostly scattered rain.
