Cold front is here, lake effect strengthens

Summary

We are the last stop on the cold front's journey across North America. Expect temperatures to plummet from the 30s/40s to the single digits Friday night with a brief area of heavy snow. Winds will gust over 60 mph as well. A strong lake effect band will give the Buffalo, NY area 2-4 feet of snow this weekend with blizzard conditions and very cold temperatures elsewhere.
