Summary
The latest model runs push the rain-snow line further inland into central PA, which will limit snow accumulations. All of New York still looks to be a safe bet for all snow, with accumulations of 2-7 inches in PA/NY. Backside cold air will develop lake effect and upslope snow on Monday.
