Total Solar Eclipse

Summary

This week will start with a total solar eclipse moving across North America. The eclipse will pass through PA and NY, with scattered clouds blocking eclipse viewing. A few areas of clear skies will develop in PA and Great Lakes. Tuesday starts dry but then we turn wet for the remainder of the week with heavy rain on Thursday and Friday bringing rain accumulations of 1-3+ inches.
