Big Storm on the Way, especially East of the Divide

Summary

4 was a magic number on Wednesday morning’s snow reports with Whitefish, Big Sky, Red Lodge, Snowbowl, Lost Trail, Teton Pass, and Discovery all reporting 4” in the last 24-hours. There were higher reports too with 9” at Lookout Pass, 5” at Turner and Bridger. 3” fell at Showdown. The big story, a potent brew of low-pressure and arctic air that will clash and bring heavy snow east of the Divide.
