Snowy Northern Rockies with an Arctic Blast

Summary

Thursday morning’s 48-hour reported storm totals west of the Divide had 9” at Lookout Pass, 7” Snowbowl and Discovery, 5” Whitefish, 4” Turner and 2” at Lost Trail and Blacktail. East of the Divide, Bridger had 8”, Big Sky 7”, Red Lodge 6” and Showdown 5” in the last 48-hours. Next up, a potent clash of low-pressure and arctic air, mainly east of the Divide that could bring up to 20" thru Sunday.
