Latest on the Western MT Storm

Summary

As of 9AM Saturday the powerful Pacific storm system is battering the mountains on the Idaho border with 5 to 7 inches so far at Lookout Pass. Snow has been slow to arrive at Whitefish where an inch has fallen. Expect snowfall to increase throughout the day at Whitefish with the heaviest waves arriving Saturday night. Unfortunately, mountains East of the Divide will mostly miss out on this weekend
