SW Montana Snow / Dry and Mild Begins Thursday into the Weekend

Summary

A Pacific upper-level trough descended through the Northern Rockies overnight Tuesday and along with an associated cold front, dumped some decent snowfall over SW Montana. See list of snow totals below. Accumulating snow continues across SW MT on Weds before tapering off Weds PM. A strong ridge of high-pressure moves in on Thurs and looks to dominate through the weekend into early next week.
