Montana Daily Snow

By Bob Ambrose, Forecaster Posted 14 hours ago November 24, 2024

Deep Totals for NW Montana / Cool, Lightly Unsettled into Thanksgiving

Summary

The much-touted ‘AR’ delivered deep accumulations from Lookout Pass to Whitefish over the past 48-72 hours. Big Sky and Bridger rode east of the flow but still added (lightly) to their snowpacks. Clearing Sun into Mon under a weak ridge, then a Pacific trough encroaches Tue/Wed. Ridging begins later Weds, but a NW flow keeps chances of daily snow showers through the Thanksgiving week.
