Active Week / Snowpack Slowly Grows

Summary

A series of weather systems will bring daily chances of light accumulating snow throughout the work week. Highlights for appreciable snow in the 5 – 8” range look to fall along the MT/ID border at Lookout Pass Tue PM through Fri. The southern fringe of SW MT (Big Sky, Red Lodge), closest to a deep storm circulating and tracking to the south, will see the heaviest snow of 5 – 10” Thu into Fri.
