Let the Fat Skis sing - Snowy Week Ahead
Summary
Monday night a Canadian Cold Front will clash with copious amounts of Pacific moisture being driven in by a robust jet stream and then stalls until Wednesday providing the scenario for potentially 2017’s biggest storm so far. Both sides of the Divide will see impressive totals but it looks like almost all areas/resorts East of the Divide will see slightly more in the range of 12-24” by Thursday. Another warmer system is poised to advance from the southwest on Thursday and bring in more snow. After that, a Northwest flow sets up through next weekend for even more snow – especially for Southwest Montana. Adios high-pressure!
