More POW time for the Northern Rockies

Summary

Over the last 24 hours snow-totals were pretty darn good on both sides of the Continental Divide. The nice Canadian cold front brought the West side 12” at Lookout, 7” Whitefish, and even Discovery picked up 6”. On the East side, Big Sky received between 4-8” across massive Lone Peak and the remote Teton Pass Resort along the spectacular Rocky Mountain Front picked up 7”. The active weather pattern looks to continue all week for both sides of the Divide with the potential for a massive dump late in the week. Montana’s the place to be right now if you’re a powder rider*. (*disclaimer: skiers & snowboarders both “ride” the pow in Montana).
