Summary
Cool and mostly sunny conditions will continue Wednesday through the weekend. Winds should be calmer on Wednesday than Tuesday's brutal wind chills in the high country. A moisture-starved system could bring more clouds and a few flurries on New Year's Eve. The next best chance for snow will be January 2nd as a storm should cross the desert southwest but confidence remains low on track and timing.
