Which track will the January 4th-5th storm take?

Summary

Saturday will be the mildest day we have had in some time with sunny bluebird skies and light winds. Mostly dry and relatively cool conditions will continue through January 3rd. Confidence is growing that a storm will drop into the desert southwest in the January 4th-5th timeframe. There are large discrepancies in the track guidance 6 days out. Another storm is likely around January 8-10.
