Colder, will it last?

Summary

Finally, the snow levels have lowered, with a couple of new inches of snow this morning. Colder air is moving into southwest BC, behind a weather front. A new system will in on Friday, raising the snow level for a short time, but in the end producing more snowfall by Saturday morning and afternoon. There will be new snow, early in the weekend, then a clearing trend later in the weekend.
