Early weekend snow, then a dry spell

Summary

There will be respectable new snow on Friday and Saturday with some good skiing. A weather front on Friday will move in from the northwest, with heavy snow in the north Cascades and Whistler – eventually extending south. The snow level will remain fairly low 2500-3500ft, with continuing snow on Saturday. The snow will taper off by Sunday as the snow level drops to 1500-2000ft. That low snow level means good snow quality and snow piling up on all the lower slopes.
