Love is in the Snow

Summary

Snow and powder is the best Valentine's Day we could get with moderate and heavy snow coming to Oregon from Wednesday through Friday. The Cascades will see 15-30 inches while NE Oregon will receive 5-10 inches. More snow is expected this weekend with lower snow levels than previously forecasted, although this could still change.
