Extreme winds and fluctuating freezing levels
Summary
Most of us in Scandinavia will still need to hold on to our helmets and hats in the mountains until late week. A deep low-pressure system moves across northern Scandinavia resulting in high winds on Thursday and Friday. A warm maritime moisture source hits the SW coast on Friday resulting in high freezing levels. Cooling begins on Saturday and winds weaken towards Sunday.
