Summary
Flurries bring precipitation during Tuesday to S Scandinavia. On Wednesday evening a low-pressure system tracks NE bringing a pattern change with warmer temps and precip into late week. Unfortunately for S Scandinavia freezing levels spike up and precipitation can be rain or mixed. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday look good for N Sweden and Finland as temperatures are sufficiently cool for snow.
