Rain to Snow...
Summary
Rain turns to snow on Thursday. We're still in a boom/bust potential for this storm but most areas should clear several inches of snow. By Friday afternoon the storm is out of the region and we should see partly sunny skies offer the holiday weekend. Next week we'll be high and dry and that continues for the last few days of February.
