Update

Following dry weather on Saturday, we saw a fast-moving storm drop 1 inch of snow on Sunday morning between about 500am and 700am. Both the mid-mountain and summit snow reports show the same one-inch number, so expect even coverage across the upper half of the mountain. This new snow should ski nicely on top of the groomed runs, so get out for the first chair and rip the corduroy with some freshies on top!

Following dry weather from Sunday afternoon through Monday evening, another fast-moving storm will bring snow from late Monday night through Tuesday morning with 2-5 inches of snow likely accumulating by the first chair on Tuesday morning. Similar to Sunday morning, I expect that you’ll find soft snow on the groomers and north-facing terrain on Tuesday morning.

After another stretch of dry weather from Tuesday through Thursday afternoon, we should see mixed weather from Thursday night through Saturday with times of dry skies and also a few periods of snow showers and more clouds.

Models are now converging on the forecast for the storm this weekend. I expect significant snow from Saturday night through Monday morning, with potential powder during the day on Sunday and also on Monday morning. Keep your eye on these days, especially Monday morning.

Thanks for reading and stay tuned for an update each morning!
