Update

Wednesday through Saturday

Wednesday morning is starting cold with temperatures near -15F at the base, though readings are warmer, around 0F, at mid-mountain and the summit. We’ll see sunshine all day with temperatures rising into the mid-teens.

Thursday will also be sunny with temperatures rising to the low-20s.

Then sunny weather will continue on Friday and Saturday with afternoon highs in the low 30s.

Snow Sunday and Monday

We should see clouds cover the sky on Saturday night with light snow showers starting, then expect snow on Sunday through Monday. My initial estimate is 3-6 inches and the temperatures will be on the warmer side, so the snow will likely be a bit thicker and surfy.

The rest of next week

Tuesday and Wednesday will likely be dry, then the next storm could bring snow back to Colorado later on Thursday and on Friday, January 10-11th.

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
