Update

Tuesday Night Update

As expected, snow is starting up again on Tuesday night as the main storm moves closer to Colorado. As of midnight Tuesday night, I see two inches on the summit snow stake cam and we should see another 2-4 inches through the night.

On Wednesday, an additional 3-6 inches should fall, so I expect that Wednesday will be a fun and soft powder day.

On Wednesday night, very cold air will arrive and we will see light snow through Thursday night, with amounts limited by the relatively dry air in the cold airmass.

On Thursday, dress warmly as temperatures will be in the single digits above 0F.

Future Storms

Friday and Saturday will be dry and warmer. The next chance for light-to-moderate snow will be from Sunday through Tuesday, and then another storm is likely going to bring snow during President’s weekend.
