Update

Sneaky Powder on Thursday & Friday

Thursday turned out to be a fun powder day. While little snow fell on Wednesday and most of Wednesday night, intense snow fell on Thursday morning between about 300am and midday with 8-10 inches of accumulation. That’s not what I was expecting from the storm, but better late than never!

Then another round of snow started late Thursday night and is continuing now early on Friday morning. I see 3-4 inches on the summit snow stake cam and we should see light additional accumulations from snow showers through Friday. Enjoy another day of soft conditions and get out there early just in case we do see a few breaks of sunshine, which can quickly moisten the surface of the new powder.

The Weekend

Saturday and Sunday will both be mixed days with some sun, some clouds, and a brief shower. High temperatures on Saturday will be in the upper 20s to low 30s with slightly warmer temperatures in the mid-to-upper 30s on Sunday. Closing day is Sunday, April 14th.

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
