Storm update

Summary

We'll see a little more snow through Sunday into Monday, with a significant storm arriving around midweek.

Update

Saturday morning's snowfall came to fruition with about 6 inches falling across the mountain. This was on top of the 6 inches that fell on Friday night, so our storm total is now at about 12 inches.

On Sunday and Monday, the storm will continue, but I think a lot of the additional snow will stay south of the mountain, so we'll likely just add light snow amounts to our storm total.

The next storm will be strong and will arrive during the middle of the upcoming week. We could see some snow begin to fall as early as Tuesday, with steady snow on Wednesday, and snow ending by Thursday morning. Total snowfall could be 10+ inches and the best powder will likely be on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.

After that, we'll watch for another storm around Sunday, March 13, and yet another storm around Thursday, March 17. This is a fine-looking forecast (if you like snow:-).

Thanks for reading and please check back each morning for daily updates!
