Steamboat Daily Snow

Update
Just a skiff of snow accumulated from snow showers on Wednesday and Wednesday night. Now at 6am on Thursday morning, snow just began to fall heavily and we should see a quick couple of inches accumulate this morning as a cold front moves into Colorado. After the steady snow this morning, we should see more showery snow for the rest of Thursday, Thursday night, Friday, and Friday night. Total snow amounts through Friday night should be in the 5-10 inch range, and I think Steamboat could be on the higher end of this range based on positive factors like the storm taking a northern track and a wind direction from the west, which is favorable for steamboat. Conditions should be soft and powdery on both Thursday and Friday.
We will likely see a break in the snow on Saturday, then another round of snow showers could generate a dusting to a couple of inches from later Saturday through Sunday morning.
After that, the next storm will throw snowflakes at Steamboat on Monday, with heavier snow likely from Monday night through Tuesday night. Next Tuesday and Wednesday morning should both offer fresh powder.
