Steamboat Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Steamboat Daily Snow

Update

Two additional inches fell on Friday, and now on Saturday morning, it’s chilly out there with a temperature of about 0F on the mountain. We should warm up 5-10 degrees during the day, and there will continue to be some clouds and snow showers around through Saturday evening. Sunday should be drier and a few degrees warmer than Saturday.

Then a storm will bring snow from Monday night through Wednesday morning with 4-8 inches of accumulation, and maybe a few more inches if we’re lucky. The best powder during this time should be on Tuesday and again on Wednesday morning.

Then the storm track will shift to the north of Colorado through the first 10 days of March. This should result in mostly dry and sunny weather for Steamboat, but if any storms move a bit further south, Steamboat will see more clouds and snow flakes. A shift in the weather pattern toward snowier weather should occur between March 10-15.
