Update

Thanksgiving was mostly sunny at Steamboat, and now on Friday morning, more clouds are covering the sky. These clouds are being produced by a weak storm that will brush by northern Colorado on Friday afternoon. Expect the clouds to hang around through most of the day, and we may even see snow showers later on Friday, which could produce a coating of new snow.

The main benefit of Friday afternoon's not-very-strong storm will be cooler temperatures, which means we should be able to fire up the snow guns on Friday night.

Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be dry. High temperatures should reach into the 30s on Saturday and rise into the 40s on Sunday and Monday.

Our next storm will bring snow from Tuesday into Wednesday, with a second storm likely dropping more flakes from late Wednesday into Thursday. After that, a slow-moving storm could bring snow sometime between December 3-5, though it could be a day or two later than this. The weather pattern will become more active as we head into December, and this makes me smile. More snow is coming ... you just need a bit of patience right now. We'll get there!
