Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Steamboat Daily Snow

Update

The forecast for Thursday and Friday will be similar to Wednesday with high temperatures in the 30s, partly to mostly sunny skies, and perhaps just a flurry or a few clouds at times as weak storms pass by to the north of Colorado.

Our next chance for snow will arrive on Saturday night when we could see a quick 1-3 inches during the evening. This new snow would soften the slopes for Sunday morning.

After that, I think the first few days of January will be dry, then stormier weather should return between about January 5-10. It’s still too early to gather any details about storms during this upcoming period, so keep doing your snow dances, enjoy the 126 open trails at Steamboat, and check back each morning for an updated forecast!
