Colder Temps and Continued Snowfall...

Summary

- Thursday heavy snow continues with snow levels falling to around 4,500 feet by late afternoon, and ridgetop winds gusting to 90+ mph. Then snow showers Thursday night taper off by Friday morning with snow levels dropping below 4000 feet. We could see an additional snowfall of 10-24 inches on the mountains by Friday morning. - Friday we could see clouds and a few scattered showers as a system moves through to the north. Snow levels around 7,500 feet. Saturday high pressure builds in with nice weather and highs in the 40's and lighter winds. - The next storm moves in Sunday with 4-14 inches possible on the mountains and gusty winds. Snow levels starting around 7,000 feet and falling well below lake level with the cold front. - Then we are expecting a dry pattern to build in starting Monday the 21st through the last week of January.
