Nice Weekend Ahead, Mild & Unsettled Pattern Next Week...

Summary

- Nice Spring weather Friday - Sunday with sunny skies and lighter winds. Highs in the 30's on the upper mountains and 40's at lake level Friday, and then 40's on the upper mountains & 50's at lake level Saturday - Sunday. - We should see increasing clouds and wind Monday as the next storm approaches. We could see light showers by afternoon. Snow levels starting around 9,000 feet. Monday night into Tuesday scattered showers could continue with highs winds and snow levels falling to around 7,000 feet. 1-2 inches possible on the mountains above 8,000 feet by Tuesday night. - We could see a quick break Wednesday. But then more storms are possible Thursday - Saturday. These storms could bring some heavier precipitation amounts. They look mild with snow levels around 8,000 feet until a cold front comes through on Saturday. - The active pattern could continue into the week of the 8th, but there are signs that the storm track could shift to our north.
