Stormy Week Ahead...

Summary

- Nice Spring weather Sunday with sunny skies, light winds, and highs in the 50's. - We should see increasing clouds and wind Monday as the next storm approaches. We could see light showers by afternoon. Snow levels starting around 9,000 feet. Monday night into Tuesday rain & high elevation snow showers continue. Snow levels falling to around 7,000 feet. 1-4 inches possible on the mountains above 7,000 feet by Tuesday night, and 2-7 inches above 8,000 feet. Rain for lake level. - We could see a break Wednesday with some sun and highs in the 40's. - A weak and system could bring rain & high elevation snow showers Thursday. A few inches of snow possible above 7,000 feet. Then a stronger storm could bring some heavier rain and snow Friday night into Saturday. Snow levels around 7,000 feet Friday could drop to lake level by Saturday morning. We could see 5-15 inches of snow on the mountains from this storm. - There are signs that the storm track could start to shift to our north the 2nd week of April. But we could see a few weaker systems move through with rain and snow showers.
