Summer Is Here!...
Summary
- Cloudy Monday with increasing chances for scattered rain showers. Snow levels starting around 9,500 feet. Monday night into Tuesday rain & high elevation snow showers continue. Snow levels falling to around 7,000 feet by Tuesday afternoon. 0-2 inches of snow possible on the mountains above 7,000 feet by Tuesday night, and 1-6 inches above 8,000 feet. Rain for lake level. Highs in the 40's. Ridgetop winds gusting to 40+ mph. - We could see a break Wednesday with some sun and highs in the 40's. - A weak and system could bring rain & high elevation snow showers Thursday. Snow levels around 6,500-7,000 feet. 1-5 inches of snow possible above 7,000 feet. Highs in the 30's on the upper mountains and 40's at lake level. - A stronger storm could bring some heavier rain and snow Friday into Saturday. Snow levels around 7,000 feet. We could see 6-21 inches of snow on the mountains above 7,000 feet. - The forecast models are split on whether or not the storm track shifts to our north the week of the 8th or storms continue. We could continue to see systems through mid-month.
