Windy with Showers Saturday Morning, Then Drier Until Tuesday Night...

Summary

- Partly cloudy and mild for Friday. Highs into the 40s. Southwest winds gusting to 40+ mph over the ridges by afternoon and continuing to increase into Friday night. - Saturday we could see some rain/snow showers in the morning, especially northwest of the lake. Then clearing in the afternoon. Highs drop into the 30s on the mountains to near 40 at lake level. Strong southwest winds gusting to 60+ mph Saturday morning and coming down some in the afternoon but still gusting to 45+ mph. Snow levels Saturday morning around 6500-7000 ft. We could see a coating of snow on the upper mountains NW of the lake. - Sunday through Tuesday expecting mostly sunny skies with highs in the 30s on the mountains and near 40 at lake level. - Tuesday night we could see a weak system move through with a coating of snow. Colder air behind the system with highs in the 30s and sunny skies Wednesday - Thursday. - Next weekend we could see a cold unsettled pattern with snow showers through the weekend. Going towards and beyond mid-month, the pattern may become progressively more active with stronger storms possible.
