Blustery Saturday, Nicer Weather Sunday - Tuesday...

Summary

- Saturday we could see scattered snow showers in the morning. Then clearing in the afternoon. Highs drop into the 30s on the mountains to near 40 at lake level. Strong southwest winds gusting to 60+ mph Saturday morning and coming down some in the afternoon but still gusting to 40+ mph. - Sunday through Tuesday expecting mostly sunny skies with highs in the 30s on the mountains and near 40 at lake level. Ridgetop winds gusting to around 40 mph Sunday and lighter Monday. - Tuesday night a weak system moves through. Snow levels fall below 5000 ft. We could see 1-2 inches of snow on the mountains. - Colder air behind the system with highs in the 30s and partly cloudy skies Wednesday. Another weak system could bring a dusting of snow on Thursday. Friday could be another cold and partly cloudy day, but with increasing winds. - Next weekend we could see a cold unsettled pattern with snow showers through the weekend. Going into the week of the 13th the pattern may become more active with stronger storms possible.
