Light Snow Tuesday, Wetter Storm Possible This Weekend...

Summary

- The next storm moves in Tuesday around mid-morning with a chance for light snow into Tuesday evening. This storm will bring high winds with ridgetop gusts to 80+ mph for Tuesday. We could see 1-4 inches of snow on the mountains. Highs drop back into the 30s. - High pressure builds back in by Wednesday with mostly drier weather through Friday. Partly to mostly cloudy skies. Highs in the 30s for the upper elevations and 40s at lake level. Lighter winds through the period. - Later in the day Saturday into Sunday we could see a moderate storm bring us rain & snow. The storms could move in between midday Saturday and Saturday evening, ending by Sunday night. Snow levels may start around 7500 ft. before falling to lake level by Sunday. Early estimates are 3-11 inches of snow on the mountains. - The week of the 27th we could start with a weak system for Monday. Then we may transition to a drier pattern for the end of the month into February.
