Light Snow Thursday, Uncertainty Remains Re: The Pattern Change

Summary

Light snow is expected on Thursday, as a weak system passes to the north. The next chance for precipitation is Sunday/Monday as a few cut-off upper-level lows undercut the ridge over the northwest. These look like minor events at this time with the storms mainly to our south. The focus then turns to the pattern change toward the end of the month, but questions still remain.
