Brief Update on Some BIG Changes

Summary

In less than 24 hours the models have shifted from having a break in the action following the weekend storm to bringing a powerful storm to Washington during that time. Given the drastic change, I want to give the models one more day before commenting further on this development. I will update the totals from the previous storm though, as the final period of snow delivered some big totals.
