Summary

Last night, heavy snowfall was accompanied by extreme winds, especially in the central and southern Cascades, leading to widespread power outages and downed trees. Winds have started to ease this morning and will continue to do so throughout the day. We'll continue to see impacts from the first bomb cyclone through Thursday before the second arrives Thursday night.
