Winter Park Daily Snow

Update
Wednesday
Tuesday was mostly dry, then another round of showers hit on Tuesday night with 3 inches of snow falling on the mountain. This brings our total to 4 inches from this weak, multi-day storm.
I am expecting additional snow showers Wednesday and Wednesday night with 1-3 inches of accumulation by Thursday morning. If this happens, our 3-day snow total will be about 5-7 inches, which is in line with what we were expecting.
Thursday – Friday
We’ll swing back to dry weather with warmer afternoon high temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s. Some clouds could linger both days, with a low chance for showers on Friday afternoon.
Saturday – Sunday
Both days will bring some sunshine, some clouds, and we’ll also see a higher chance for showers on Saturday afternoon. The latest models show just light accumulations, in the range of 1-3 inches.
Longer Range
My confidence is increasing that we’ll see a colder and stronger storm around Wednesday, April 10 to Thursday, April 11. Stay tuned for details as the storm moves closer. Also, we’ll see more storms before the lifts stop spinning for the season. Closing day for Winter Park is April 21st and Mary Jane will be open through May 12th.
Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
