Next snow on Wednesday night

Summary

Monday and Tuesday will be sunny, then snowflakes should return on Wednesday night.

Update

Sunday offered 5-6 inches of fluffy new snow in the morning, with lingering AM snow showers and clouds giving way to partly sunny skies during the afternoon.

On Monday and Tuesday, our weather will be benign with sunny skies and high temperatures in the 20s.

On Wednesday, we will see more clouds and maybe some snow showers, though accumulations should be minimal.

On Wednesday night, we'll see the best chance for snow this week as a storm slides from north to south across Colorado. This will be a similar storm track to the system from Saturday night, and snow totals will also be similar with 3-6 inches of fluffy accumulation possible on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Saturday night's storm overproduced...maybe Wednesday night's storm will also overproduce, thanks to a very favorable wind direction from the north-northwest? Keep your eye on Thursday morning as a time when we might see a nice refresh across the mountain.

Thursday and Friday will be dry and at least partly sunny with high temperatures once again reaching the 20s.

On Friday night, yet another storm will track from north to south across Colorado, and yet again, Friday night could bring 3-6 inches (or more??) of fluffy accumulation with some fresh turns possible on Saturday morning.

Looking farther ahead, we will likely see a storm track near Colorado around Wednesday, February 16, and then there could be another storm that moves close to or over Colorado during President's weekend or just after the holiday weekend.

Thanks for reading and please check back each morning for daily updates!
