Winter Park Daily Snow

Powder
Summary
Wednesday was a delicious powder day, and Thursday morning's leftovers should be pretty tasty, too.
Update
Wednesday's northwest flow delivered about 8 inches of snow at mid-mountain. This was higher than the forecast, and an upside surprise like this can happen during some northwest flow events.
Then after lifts closed on Wednesday afternoon, we saw another 1.5 inches of snow before the storm finally ended late on Wednesday night.
The weather forecast from Thursday, January 19 through about Saturday, January 28 is for chilly temperatures and maybe a few periods of light snow. High temperatures each day will be in the single digits or teens, and our best chance for snowfall will be a few inches on Sunday into Monday and also maybe a few inches sometime during the middle of next week.
Looking further ahead, there is a chance for a stronger storm or storm cycle during the final 3-4 days of January, though that is 10+ days away, so we'll need to wait at least a few more days before we can have a shred of confidence in the forecast. In the meantime, conditions will be soft with a deep base, which is as much as we can hope for in between storm cycles.
