Spotty Snow Showers But Mainly Dry

The latest storm is moving off the east and only some scattered showers remain. Temperatures will be cool to start the work weak but will moderate through Thursday. A weak storm is possible Friday with perhaps something a bit stronger later in the weekend.

Short Term Forecast

Monday - Thursday

Monday through Thursday will remain mostly dry, with an occasional snow shower possible, especially on Monday night and Tuesday night through Wednesday morning. Temperatures will be on a warming trend during this time, with Monday and Tuesday being cool but Wednesday and especially Thursday a bit warm.

Expect some sun on Tuesday as the latest storm clears out, but clouds return on Wednesday ahead of the next storm later in the week.

Below is the snow forecast from the scattered snow showers.

Extended Forecast

I’m not seeing anything overly exciting in the long range. Around the 24th to the 25th the models are showing a potentially favorable pattern for some larger storms to reach the Alps. This is a long way out and although there’s some agreement in the models, they’re not all showing the exact same scenario. Something to watch, for now.
