Northwest Daily Snow
By Larry Schick, Forecaster Posted 7 years ago January 19, 2017
Improving - with new snow
Summary
The warm, moist atmospheric river event of Tuesday and Wednesday is over. The AR left us with a milder weather pattern and in the end, some new snow, as promised. Low pressure circulating, offshore of the Pacific Northwest, will keep it relatively cool, and a snow level about 2500 - 3000 ft through the weekend. This pattern will direct the main storm track to the south, into California,. That is where most of our snow will go.
