Steamboat Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Steamboat Daily Snow

Happy Saturday, Steamboat:-) We are still under the influence of a storm that has stalled to the west of Colorado, and this storm will be with us through Tuesday.

Despite the difficulties in forecasting snowfall with this stalled-out storm, I do have decent confidence in the prediction for the next few days. I think that Saturday and Saturday night will be mostly dry, then I think we’ll see a better chance for snow, perhaps 3-6+ inches, from Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon. The best powder day of the next week could occur on Monday, so perhaps an extended weekend is in order. I’ll keep an eye on the forecast models and write another update on Sunday morning.
