Temperatures on the mountain will be about 10 degrees cooler today on Sunday, and the clouds covering the sky indicate that a storm is heading our way! Expect snow to begin by midday or early afternoon, and continue through Monday morning. The Monday morning snow report will likely show snow in the range of 5-9 inches, so plan to enjoy soft turns in the morning! Also, snow should continue to fall on Monday and Monday night with at least another 2-4 inches accumulating, so the soft turns should continue through Tuesday morning.

Following this storm, Tuesday and Wednesday will be dry and sunny, then our next storm will bring 2-4 inches of snow from Thursday afternoon through Friday morning. Beyond this time, we could see a few more flakes next weekend (February 20-21), then I think most of the final week of February will offer sun as a ridge of high pressure dominates the weather pattern over the western US.
