High winds persisting throughout the week

Summary

Strong winds last night reached 128km/h at Thredbo Top Station, and they'll continue through the week, affecting lift operations and eroding the snowpack. Cooler air today will lower snow levels to 1500m tonight, with 5-15cm expected at higher elevations. Another brief dip in snow levels on Saturday could bring 10-15cm to the peaks.
