Monday...another Funday!

Update

8am Monday morning has a little over 2” of new snow at the Challenger snow-stake with very light snow continuing to fall and a temperature of 18 degrees in the village. For Monday expect snow showers to diminish before noon into a cloudy day with some sunny spells likely through the afternoon hours and a high temperature of 26 degrees at 8000’. Winds on the ridges and in the alpine will be light, out of the SW around 10mph.

A few changes to the early week forecast with another few inches likely on Tuesday throughout the day. A second small disturbance Tuesday night looks to bring an additional 2-4” into Wednesday morning. A mix of clouds, flurries and sunny breaks will be the forecast for Wednesday through Sunday with increasing daytime temps that could push 40 degrees at 8000’ by Saturday. Stay tuned for daily updates.
